how can i launch the converter without downloading each time - scooter - 14.07.2015
it seems I had to run the download each time I wanted to launch the route converter. is there a way to just go to a file that is already active???

From your question I assume that you use the Webstart option to launch RouteConverter.
Suggest to load the correct single file for your PC system from Release or Prerelease options and put the file to a place at the PC where you can find it. The file contains everything so no new download is required to launch RC.
