convert a particular RTE

Good morning.
I have a file with RTE that I can not open with any program.
Can you help me?

The file contains mostly unreadable binary encoded content. Do you have an idea which program originally wrote it?

Hello and thank you for your answers. This file is generated by the instruments on board a helicopter Agusta. From PC, can be generated only with a program called Jeppsen

I found this site but wasn't able to find technical information that might reveal the file format.

You could ask Jeppesen to provide an export to something like GPX or KML.
