Just FYI: at the bottom of this page: http://www.routeconverter.com/releases/2.18/en there is a link "Downloads for Release 2.18" that is currently broken. Yes, I found another route to the download...

Possibly related: the previous release for 2.17 actually contains the downloads for 2.18. The downloads for 2.17 are not available.
