Heatmap's

I need your help.
I am using RouterConverter Mac Online Edition 2.23.
I can not use the Heat Map (Running and Cycling).
With Heatmap Ranning I can only see up to 2 km zoom.

   

   

With Heatmap Cycnig is not visible.

   

How can I see Heatmap's?

The simple explanation is: Strava has stopped the heat map service that RouteConverter was using.
