Can't see maps

HI

In my company we machine with XP+IE8 and W8+IE11

On XP machines we have no problems to see maps

On Windows 8 (64 bits ) machines we can't see maps.

I tried all the options on in http://routeconverter.de/prereleases/en and nothing works .

We have a proxy server in out company.

What kind of debug can i do to figure out what is going on ?

We have a proxy server  in out company.

Starting with 2.15, RouteConverter tries to use the system-wide proxy configuration. Maybe that is different for Windows XP and 8?

Try Help/Send Error Report...
