Hello
Sorry i didn't receive a mail about this message, and come here today and found 2.22 version and tried.

I tell you:
The Online version has the same problem.
In the Offline version, menus works as expected.

If i run the jar from the package it works but with menus in the window (not in the upper bar)

I investigated a bit and if you change (in RouteConverter.cfg)

Code:
jvmarg.2=-Dapple.laf.useScreenMenuBar=true

to false, then it works that way (menus in window)

Also found several differences between plist from both versions.

Not a java expert, better, no java idea! but perhaps this helps you.

I'll try to send the log later.

That's it! Thank you for investigating.

I found some github issues like https://github.com/arduino/Arduino/issues/6548 for Arduino and the hint that they think it's an Mac OS X issue https://blog.arduino.cc/2017/10/02/ardui...rra-users/

The Offline Edition used an older way of .app packaging.

Now both editions use the same style and I've implemented a workaround for the Online Edition. Please download the latest prerelease and report!

Hello,

I've downloaded the two prerelease versions and:

The Online, now shows menus in the application window. The Application Menu Item (in the upper bar besides the apple) "RouteConverter" does not work. Don't show it options if you click it, so preferences not accesible nor Quit option, and to quit CMD+Q doesn't work. If you right click in the dock icon and selects Quit, then it quits.

The Offline, now does not show any menu (nor in Upper bar or Application window) and the Menu Item "Offline" in the upper bar behaves as the Online, does nothing.

Thanks by your work.

Preferences and quit are not accesible because when i click RouteConverter menú item does nothing. CMD+Q also not works. But if i close the window then it quits.

Yes, everything is in english. Here is attached a capture.

I've just received a report that updating to High Sierra 10.13.1 solved the problem. Can you verify this?

Hello

Yes, i found the update and was installing to try. This are the results:
  • 2.22 - Works as it must!
  • 2.23-SNAPSHOT-5 - Show the menu items in the window (not in the upper bar), BUT the only item in the bar (application name: RouterConverter) now works, and can access preferences and CMD+Q works to quit.
Thanks again!
